These terms apply to the tools at https://mcp.furnigen.app and the pages at https://go.furnigen.app. Version: 2026-10-04-draft. By using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Calculation tools for AI assistants: calculations, checks and explanations with their assumptions and sources. The service is provided by Leonid Dymenko, sole proprietor (FOP), Ukraine.

2. Not professional advice

Results are informational estimates given as ranges. They are not medical, legal, insurance, financial, investment or engineering advice and do not replace an examination by a doctor or the opinion of an engineer, lawyer or licensed agent. Check prices and terms with the provider before you decide. Transaction and smart-contract checks do not guarantee safety.

3. Partners

Partners on the hand-over page are independent companies. You contract directly with the partner; we are not a party to that contract and are not responsible for the partner's goods or services. How we are paid: How we make money.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not exceed or circumvent rate limits (multiple addresses, forged headers).
• Do not use the service for unlawful activity, attacks, password guessing or bulk data collection.
• Do not send other people's personal data to the tools without a lawful basis.

We may restrict access if these rules are broken.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". Interruptions are possible, including during power outages. We may change or remove tools.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of calculations or for indirect losses. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Law and disputes
